The Care Communities offers several ways
to donate to our mission’s work, which is to provide
practical and compassionate support, through our Care Teams,
for people with serious illness.
Please review all the opportunities offered and make a
contribution that fits into your charitable giving budget. Support
our Care Teams by a general donation, become a monthly donor,
be a Major Donor, consider an estate gift, or make a memorial
or honorary donation.
You Can…..
Make a General Donation
A donation provides assistance with providing services
to our Care Partners.
$30 provides a Care Partner two days of Care Team
services.
$100 provides a Care Partner a week of Care Team
services.

Become a Monthly Donor
Monthly donations are one of greatest ways to help us to sustain our
Care Team program. Receiving monthly donations is a way to depend
on your money coming in every month to help us care for and provide
services for those living with cancer and AIDS. All you have
to do to get started is fill in the monthly amount you would like to
give and your credit card information and we will handle the rest.

Be a Major Donor
A Care Communities Major Donor is someone who is interested in providing
substantially higher amounts of monetary gifts to help us provide the
essential non-medical care our Care Partners desperately need.
- Bronze Level: $500 (provides
a Care Partner one month of Care Team services.)
- Silver Level: $1,000
- Gold Level: $2,500
- Platinum Level $5,000 (provides a Care
Partner one year of Care Team services.)

Bequests and Estate Gifts
These are gifts that are willed or given to an organization through legal
documents with very specific instructions from the donor or donor’s
representative. If you or your family’s trustees are interested
in this type of donation, please contact our Executive Director, Carol
Johnson.

Memorial and Honorary Donations
Giving a gift in memory or in honor of a love one to The Care Communities
is a way to show your caring spirit to the ones you honor and always
with to remember. If you decide to gift this type of gift, The
Care Communities will send acknowledgments to the person(s) you designate.

Employer
Matching Program
Many organizations in Austin and surrounding counties support
an Employer Matching program where they will match your
donation. If you are interested in helping us with
a matching gift, please contact your HR department about
this type of donation and then give us a call.
